When was it established?

It was established in 1994 after extensive market research revealed a gap in the provision of quality management standards for owner-managed businesses.

What are its aims and objectives?

Provide businesses with a cost effective quality system and an independent assessment
Provide businesses with advice, support and a wide range of discounted services.

Promote the products and services of members to other businesses and organisations.

Provide opportunities for subscribers to network, share ideas and information.

Provide subscribers with documentation to reduce the burden of red tape.

Who is it for?

All businesses providing they have been trading for at least 6 months.
